The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 place specific documentation requirements on clients, principal designers, and principal contractors at every stage of a project. We prepare all the key CDM documents your project needs — from Pre-Construction Information Packs through to Construction Phase Plans and Health & Safety Files — ensuring full legal compliance and a clear record for future reference.
The Pre-Construction Information Pack brings together all relevant health and safety information about the site and project that designers and contractors need before work begins. We compile and structure this information clearly, ensuring all duty holders have what they need to plan and manage the project safely.
The Construction Phase Plan sets out how health and safety will be managed throughout the construction phase. We prepare detailed, project-specific plans that cover site rules, emergency procedures, welfare arrangements, and the management of significant risks — meeting the requirements of CDM 2015 and satisfying client and regulatory expectations.
At the end of a project, the principal designer is responsible for preparing a Health & Safety File containing information needed for future maintenance, alteration, or demolition of the structure. We compile and format this file to ensure it is complete, well-organised, and useful for future reference.
