Legal Requirements
The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (England & Wales) and the Fire and Rescue Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 require the responsible person for most non-domestic premises to carry out a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment and implement appropriate fire safety measures.
